Istituto di Moda Burgo was founded in Milan in 1961 by the Editor and Executive Director Fernando Burgo. It was born with the aim of creating a school that could be an example in the field, a school that even nowadays boasts a completely Italian origin and a precious artisan tradition.

The didactic experience Istituto Burgo offers is unique: it is characterized by individual study plans, that allow a quick learning and that explore the student’s potentiality, also with the help of didactic books published by the Director himself, that are constantly updated.

Workshops are 80% of the courses. The primary goal of the didactic offer is to prepare the student for the labour market.

Today Istituto Burgo represents an international network with its branches in Brazil, Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey, Jordan, Peru, Mexico, India, Nigeria, Armenia, Malaysia, Kosovo, Albania, Qatar.
